☘️ 13th Annual Corktown St. Patrick’s Day Parade Ride & Bradley Layton’s Initiation Party! 🍀
The riding season is officially here!
Join Motor City Riot for one of our favorite traditions as we kick off another year of riding with our 13th Annual Corktown St. Patrick’s Day Parade Ride. Sure… thanks to the COVID years, the math might be a little questionable, but who’s counting? We’re just excited to get the mopeds back on the road.
📅 Event Details
Date: Sunday, March 10, 2024
Meet Up: 11:30 AM (or earlier if you’re eager)
Location: MCR Clubhouse
Parade Starts: 1:00 PM
Ride Duration: Until we’re cold, tired, or someone runs out of gas… whichever happens first.
☕ Start the Day Right
We’ll open the clubhouse at 11:30 AM with a warm breakfast, hot coffee, and good company before heading out. Take some time to catch up with friends, get your moped ready, and prepare for the first big ride of the season.
🛵 The Ride
Around 1:00 PM, we’ll make our way to the Detroit St. Patrick’s Parade in Corktown before spending the afternoon cruising through the city and making stops at a few of our favorite spots, including:
- Nancy Whiskey’s
- McShane’s
- UFO Factory
- Brew Detroit (where our own MemBro Mike V keeps the taps flowing)
Expect plenty of riding, plenty of laughs, and plenty of questionable decisions… all in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day.
🎉 Bradley’s Initiation
This year’s ride comes with an extra reason to celebrate as we officially welcome Bradley Layton into Motor City Riot.
If you’ve never witnessed an MCR initiation before… you’re in for a treat.
